Well, it has been a nice ride for us in Quince Orchard Park for the past seven years, and now we head home to Canada. We wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your hard work in the selling of our home and for all that you and Steve have done, and continue to do for this great neighborhood.

When we realized we were selling our home, the decision to call you to be our agent was easy.  We knew that you are one of the top agents in the area. We appreciated your honesty in telling us what should be done to prepare the house for the market in order to be successful at selling at a fair price in a relatively short period of time. Your attention to detail was, in our opinion, instrumental in our success. Then, to have the foresight to list our house when we did was just great! Despite the weather and snow that we had, you knew it was the right time to list the house, and indeed it was, given that less than 5 days later we had accepted an offer. I am writing this letter to share my experience with all of those who would be considering using Suzanne as a real estate agent.  As many of you know, there are many real estate agents to choose from these days.  The decision is a difficult one in this area, because there is a large amount of money at stake in selling your home.  With this unpredictable market, selling your home can be very stressful. 

We wanted someone who knew our community, the real estate market and who would market our home in the ways that we approved of.   We interviewed several real estate agents, all of which had proven track records in the area.  Suzanne was a stand out by far.  She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and presents her sales package with everything that you could want in selling your home.  She knew more about my house than I did.   Suzanne has been able to sell houses in our area when other realtors couldn’t.  

I also had my concerns that she had too many houses listed.   She addressed these concerns by stating how many houses that she currently had listed and that she had a maximum of houses that she would take at one time.  She also wanted to make sure that she was going to be able to devote quality time to each of her clients. I wanted to feel like my house was her only house, and that is what I got.    

Suzanne is an excellent communicator.  She always kept me informed of the impressions that potential buyers noted when viewing my home.  Even after we moved out of state, she regularly kept me abreast of activity on my home.   She was always accessible whenever I had a question.
